Exchange policy

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days starting from the day you received your order.
  • The product must be in the same condition, unworn, and undamaged in any way, with the ticket attached.
  • Exchange fees are applied separately and are distinct from delivery fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs.
  • Please note that cancelled exchanges due to rescheduling or cancellations will void your request, and you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.

Return policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days starting from the day you received your order.
  • The product must be in the same condition, unworn, and undamaged in any way, with the ticket attached and the original packaging.
  • Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be transferred via Instapay to bank accounts or digital wallets after receiving the package from the courier and deducting return fees, which differ from delivery fees.
  • Please note that cancelled refunds due to rescheduling or cancellations will void your request, and you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.
