You can return or exchange the product within 7 days from receiving your order.
The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached and with the packaging as received.
If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed since the date of receiving, you will not be eligible for a Refund nor an Exchange.
Shipping fees are added to exchanges and deducted from refunds.
